Training Cycles & Belt Testing Curriculum
At Lincoln Family Martial Arts Academy, our curriculum is organized into two rotating training cycles. This system helps students focus on specific material leading up to each belt testing and ensures steady progress throughout the year.
We hold four belt testings each year, and the curriculum alternates between Cycle One and Cycle Two.
