This is the perfect opportunity to get rid of your child for a whole semester!

(*NOTE* Semester only lasts 2 1/2 hours)

Your child will get to bring a friend for free, play fun games, battle evil wizards, play broom ball, visit Oliver’s Wand Shop and so much more!!

*** Remember! if your child brings a NEW friend, they both sign up for FREE!
** Students are allowed to bring the same friend, who is not a current LFTKD student, to only one parent’s night out/event per year.

And the best part…

You get a night out without the kids. You can go out to dinner and enjoy a glass of wine or just simply relax in a quiet house where you can finally just sit in silence. For more parent fun join us at the Lincoln Speakeasy Taproom down the street at 436 Lincoln Blvd Unit 202.

In consideration for my child(ren)’s attendance and participation in the martial arts training offered by Lincoln Family Martial Arts Academy, Inc. dba Lincoln Family Taekwondo Academy, I the parent/guardian acknowledge the existence of certain inherent risks in this type of training and hereby agree to assume all risks. I further relieve Lincoln Family Taekwondo Academy, it’s management, assigned staff and fellow students, and/or agents of the above from any liability resulting from loss, whether personal belongings or bodily injury on the premises leased or owned by Lincoln Family Taekwondo Academy. I also hereby state, that my child(ren) is/are physically fit to take the prescribed course of instruction and do so of my own free will in exchange for an agreed upon fee. I understand there are no refunds under any conditions. I give permission to be added to the email list.

*NO PARTICIPANT WILL BE ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE UNLESS THIS SIGNED SAFETY FORM IS TURNED IN & COMPLETELY FILLED OUT.
